Toyota RAV4 Travel Brings Special Edition

Toyota has the special model of Toyota RAV4 Travel  available from 18 February 2012. The standard specification of special model include a leather Alcantara Interior, the new navigation system “Toyota touch & go plus” as well as a skid for the front bumper, which stands out the special model at first glance from the other model variants of the SUV pioneer.

The special model Toyota RAV4 Travel is available starting at 28 850 euro and offers a customer benefit of 1500 euro.The “Toyota touch & go plus” has a 6 1-inch color touchscreen, CD player with MP3 playback function, USB port, iPod control, Bluetooth car kit, and rear-view camera. The system allows the reading on the cell phone of incoming SMS or E-Mails with the so-called “text to speech function”. The navigation function includes also the service TMC Pro, Google local search, the display of highway billboards and the choice of an environmentally friendly route. The maps can be updated for three years, twice a year for free.

The other changes to the model year change affect the amount of equipment in the lines of life and Executive. While the Toyota RAV4 Travel  base level remains unchanged, the Toyota RAV4 Travel life receives a new design key and a chrome trim Strip on the rear for the 17-inch wheels, the Toyota touch multimedia system with rear-view camera and USB port, the keyless entry and start System smart. The 18-inch rims are new to the top model Executive, and here too the Toyota is one touch with rear camera now on the scope of the series.

In addition to the Valve matic gasoline engine two efficient and powerful diesel engines with 110 kW/150 HP and 130 kW/177 HP available are for the Toyota RAV4 Travel. Apart from the top engine, the customer in all variants must choose between front- and all-wheel drive.
